The Brief
The owners inherited a 1920s home with beautiful bones and tired details. They asked us to restore, not rebuild.
Execution
Cornices were re-cast in traditional gypsum, the staircase was repaired plank by plank, and kitchens & bathrooms were modernised behind period finishes.
The Result
A home that reads as 1920s on the outside and 2026 inside — exactly what the family hoped for.
