The Brief
The owners wanted a calm, contemporary villa that could host family gatherings while feeling like a resort. The design centred on a sculptural courtyard that brings light into the double-height living space.
Execution
Our engineering team managed setbacks, basement parking and a tricky neighbour-facing facade. Weekly reports kept the family updated through 14 months of construction.
